Office Designs offers high-end ergonomic seating, modern office furniture, lighting, and décor to small and mid-size businesses (B2B), home offices, and residential spaces (B2C). Their full-service offering also includes design and layout services, curated product offering, floor planning, and installation. Office Designs is an authorized retailer of Herman Miller, Steelcase, Humanscale, Vitra, Kartell, Magis, and Haworth, in addition to various other premium brands.

Over my tenure of 8 years at Office Designs, I lead the email program in full. This consisted of working with the merchandising, marketing, and purchasing teams to produce data-driven, well thought out campaigns. The creative brief, concepting / sketching, proofing, implementing the design, and HTML coding was all part of the process. It was important to adhere to the Office Designs brand while still upholding individual manufacturers’ brand standards.

When conceiving the design, care was given to how it would look viewed on a desktop, as well as on mobile—readable font sizes for essential elements and clear buttons that were designed to be easily tapped on mobile devices.

I worked closely with the marketing team to ensure that current email best practices were followed.
